Once you confirm your bill payment details, our system will begin processing your payment, and you'll see "Bill payments initiated" on the screen. While the status shows "Bill payment in progress," you will have the option to cancel the payment. However, please note that once the payment is successfully sent to the biller and the status changes to "Bill paid successfully," the payment cannot be canceled.
