What should I do if my SSS payment shows an error?

Updated yesterday

If you get an error like “Invalid Consumer ID,” it usually means one or more of your payment details is incorrect.

Please double-check:

  • Your SSS Number

  • Amount

  • From Date (MMYYYY)

  • To Date (MMYYYY)

Most common mistakes:

  • Incorrect date format (should be MMYYYY)

  • Entering the wrong amount (not matching the number of months)

Examples:

  • For 1 month (e.g., June 2025):

    • From: 062025

    • To: 062025

    • Amount: ₱2,200

  • For 2 months (e.g., June to July 2025):

  • From: 062025

  • To: 072025

  • Amount: ₱4,400
