After opening your Beacon Money Account, you can easily order your physical card directly from the app. Here's how:
Open the My Beacon app.
Click on view cards OR
Go to Beacon Money.
Tap the card icon in the top right corner.
If you haven’t already, activate your virtual card first.
Under Physical Card, tap Request Physical Card and then Get Started
You’ll then be able to request your physical card.
Please double-check the address you have listed to ensure it’s correct, so you can receive your card without issues. If the address needs updating, just contact support, and we’ll take care of it for you. Please note that we keep only one address for both shipping and billing purposes.
Your physical card will arrive within 1 to 3 weeks. If you haven’t received it after 3 weeks, don’t hesitate to reach out to support through the in-app chat or by emailing [email protected].
