If your Beacon Money prepaid card is lost or stolen, please lock your physical card through the app immediately. You can lock your Beacon card by following these steps in the My Beacon app:
Go to Beacon Money.
Tap the card icon in the top right corner.
Select Physical Card.
Tap Lock Card.
Once locked, you won’t be able to make any payments. The next step is to contact Beacon Support for card replacement. Beacon Support will first permanently lock the cards for security and then guide you to create a new card. You can reach out to Beacon Support in the following ways:
• Chat with us: Use the chat box on our website.
• In the App: Go to Settings > Support > Need Help.
• Email us: Send an email to [email protected].
