You can activate your virtual card after you arrive in Canada. Here’s how to do it:

1. Open the Beacon app.

2. Go to “Money”

3. Navigate to the card icon on the top right of the screen and select the option under “Virtual Card.”

4. Follow the prompts to activate your virtual card.

Even before you arrive in Canada, you can start using your account to make e-transfers or bill payments. Once your virtual card is activated, you can use it immediately for online and in-store purchases. You can also add the card to your digital wallets for added convenience.

If you would like a physical card, you can request it on the same page where you activate your virtual card.
