How does Beacon handle disputes or chargebacks?

If you have a dispute or need to request a chargeback, please prepare the following information to fill out the Beacon Chargeback Form and submit it to [email protected]. You can download the form at the end of this article.

  • Requested Date

  • Cardholder Name

  • Last 4-digits of the Card (Virtual or Physical Card)

  • Contact Phone Number

  • Reason for Chargeback

  • Dispute Details: Describe the reason for the chargeback in full detail

  • Transaction Date(s) of the Disputed Transaction(s)

  • Merchant Name of the Disputed Transaction(s)

  • Transaction Amount of the Disputed Transaction(s)

You have 90 days from the transaction date to raise an issue. Our team will work with you to resolve the matter promptly and efficiently. Please note that the chargeback might take up to 120 business days to resolve.
