How do I report unauthorized transactions on my Beacon Money account?

If you notice a transaction you donโ€™t recognize or believe your account information may have been compromised, you should lock your cards immediately to prevent further transactions.

You can lock both your virtual card and physical card directly from the Beacon app.


How to Lock Your Card

  1. Open the Beacon app

  2. Tap View Card on the home screen

    OR go to Beacon Money

  3. Tap the card icon in the top-right corner

  4. Select Virtual Card or Physical Card, depending on which card you want to lock

  5. Tap Lock Card

Once your card is locked, no new payments or transactions can be made using that card.


Contact Beacon Support

After locking your card, please contact Beacon Support so we can help secure your account and investigate the transaction.

Our team will:

  • Permanently block the compromised card if necessary

  • Help issue a replacement card

  • Collect the required information to start a transaction dispute
