You can lock your Beacon virtual card by following these steps in the My Beacon app:
Open the My Beacon app.
Click on view cards OR
Go to Beacon Money.
Tap the card icon in the top right corner.
Select Virtual Card
Tap Lock Card.
Once locked, you won’t be able to make any payments. You can unlock your card anytime. However, if your mobile phone is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting Beacon Support to permanently lock the card for security. You can reach out to Beacon Support in the following ways:
