If your phone connected to your Beacon Money account is lost or stolen, follow these steps to secure your account:
Use a new phone to download the My Beacon app and log in to your account.
Lock your virtual card immediately. If your physical card is added to a digital wallet on the lost phone, lock it as well.
How to Lock Your Beacon Card:
Go to Beacon Money in the My Beacon app.
Tap the card icon in the top right corner.
Select Virtual Card (or Physical Card if needed).
Tap Lock Card.
Once locked, no payments can be made.
Next Steps:
Contact Beacon Support to replace your card. Our team will permanently lock your cards for security and guide you through creating a new one.
