Most transfers are completed within a few minutes. However, some transfers may take longer due to additional verification checks, recipient bank delays, or other processing factors.
There’s no need to worry — your money is safe and locked at the same rate. Our team will proactively follow up on delayed transfers within 12 hours of the transfer being initiated and share any available updates with you on your registered email with Beacon.
Your transfer will either be successfully processed to the recipient’s bank account or, if it cannot be completed, reverted back to your Beacon Money Account.
