When you first receive your Beacon physical card, the passcode (also called a PIN) is included in the same letter as your card. Please keep this passcode safe, as you’ll need it when making purchases that require you to enter a PIN.
If you forget your passcode:
You can easily set a new one by following these steps:
Open the Beacon app.
Go to Beacon Money → Manage my cards → Physical card.
Tap Update or forgot PIN.
You’ll receive a one-time password (OTP) on the phone number linked to your Beacon Money account.
Enter the OTP and choose a new passcode.
