What's the passcode for my physical card, and what should I do if I forget it?

When you first receive your Beacon physical card, the passcode (also called a PIN) is included in the same letter as your card. Please keep this passcode safe, as you’ll need it when making purchases that require you to enter a PIN.

If you forget your passcode:
You can easily set a new one by following these steps:

  1. Open the Beacon app.

  2. Go to Beacon MoneyManage my cardsPhysical card.

  3. Tap Update or forgot PIN.

  4. You’ll receive a one-time password (OTP) on the phone number linked to your Beacon Money account.

  5. Enter the OTP and choose a new passcode.
