When you receive your Beacon physical card, your PIN (passcode) is included in the same letter as the card. Please keep this PIN in a safe place, as you will need it when making purchases that require a PIN or when withdrawing cash from an ATM.
If You Forgot Your PIN
You can easily reset your PIN in the Beacon app by following these steps:
Open the Beacon app.
Tap View Card from the home screen
OR go to Beacon Money.
Tap the card icon in the top-right corner.
Select Physical Card.
Tap Update or Forgot PIN.
Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to the phone number linked to your Beacon Money account.
Choose your new PIN.
Your new PIN will become active immediately after it is updated.
