If you notice any transactions you don’t recognize on your Beacon Money prepaid card, you can report them easily through the app using the Dispute Transaction feature. Follow these steps:

1. Open the Beacon app.

2. Navigate to the “Money Account” section.

3. Select the “Dispute Transaction” feature and follow the prompts to report the unauthorized transaction.
