If you notice any activity on your account that you don’t recognize or believe your account information has been compromised, please lock your virtual and physical cards immediately. You can lock your Beacon card by following these steps in the My Beacon app:
Go to Beacon Money.
Tap the card icon in the top right corner.
Select Virtual Card or Physical Card, depending on which you want to lock.
Tap Lock Card.
Once locked, you won’t be able to make any payments. The next step is to contact Beacon Support for transaction disputes and card replacement. Beacon Support will first permanently lock the cards for security and then guide you to create new cards and collect information from you to dispute the unauthorized transactions.
