If you realize you’ve entered incorrect information and haven’t completed the document verification process, you can cancel the transaction. We will send the money back to your account, and you can set up another transfer to the correct recipient.
However, if the money has already been sent, you can no longer cancel the transaction because the funds have left Beacon’s system and entered the banking system. In this case, some banks may reject the transfer if the name doesn’t match the account number provided. Otherwise, you should:
Contact the Recipient or Their Bank: Inform them about the mistake and request that they send the money back to you.
Set Up a New Transfer: Once you’ve received the returned funds, you can set up a new transfer with the correct information.
