You can send an Interac e-Transfer to anyone who has:
A Canadian Bank Account: The recipient must have an account with a Canadian financial institution that supports Interac e-Transfer.
A Valid Email Address: The recipient needs an email address to receive the notification about the transfer or funds directly in their account if they have auto deposit enabled.
Make sure to confirm the recipient’s email address before sending the transfer to avoid sending it to the wrong person. Please note that Beacon will not be responsible for money sent to the wrong person.
