What should I do if the recipient hasn’t received the money yet?

UPI transactions are typically instant, but in some cases, the NPCI network and banks may take a few minutes to process. If your payment shows as “In Progress,” please check again shortly. If the amount has been deducted from your Beacon Money Account but not received, contact our support team with your transaction details so we can look into it.
