When your account verification is on hold or shows βUh oh, something went wrong,β it means our team is conducting an additional review of your application. You will be notified as soon as the review is complete.
This can happen for several reasons:
Your application is undergoing extra security checks
The ID photo provided does not meet quality requirements (we may reach out for new photos)
The address entered has typos, and our team is correcting it
Your region is not supported (for example, we are not yet available in Quebec)
A duplicate account was created (each customer can only have one Beacon Money account, and if you forget your login, please reach out to support)
