You can update your email directly from the Beacon App.
Steps to update your email:
Open the Beacon App and go to Settings.
Tap on Personal Details.
Here, you’ll see the email currently registered with your account.
To update it, tap Update Email.
Enter the OTP sent to your currently registered email.
Then, enter your new email address.
You’ll receive another OTP on your new email — enter it in the app to confirm.
Once verified, your email will be successfully updated for your Beacon Money account.
Important Notes:
If you log in with your old email, a new Beacon account will be created without your previous BMA or transaction history.
When you log in with your new email, you’ll continue to have full access to your existing account, including your BMA and past transactions.
If you log in again using your old email, it will show that you do not have a Beacon Money Account linked to that account.
