You can lock your Beacon physical card by following these steps in the My Beacon app:
Go to Beacon Money.
Tap the card icon in the top right corner.
Select Physical Card.
Tap Lock Card.
Once locked, you won’t be able to make any payments. You can unlock your card anytime. However, if your card or mobile phone is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting Beacon Support to permanently lock the card for security. You can reach out to Beacon Support in the following ways:
• Chat with us: Use the chat box on our website.
• In the App: Go to Settings > Support > Need Help.
• Email us: Send an email to [email protected].
