How can I lock my account?

If you need to lock your account, you can do so immediately through the app:

1. Open the My Beacon app.

2. Go to “Money Account.”

3. Navigate to “My Cards” and select your virtual card.

4. There you will find an option to “Lock Card.”

If you are unable to lock your card through the app, please contact our customer support team. You can reach us in several ways:

• Chat with us: Use the chat box on our website.

• In the App: Go to Settings > Support > Need Help.

• Email us: Send an email to [email protected].

• You can also send us a WhatsApp at +1 437-860-5703.
